Terms of Service – Savio.money

1) General

Savio Payment OÜ provides the Savio.money website and app as an interface to payment services provided by QUICKO (Quicko Sp. z o.o., National Payment Institution: IP52/2021). Savio does not provide payment services, accept deposits, operate accounts or issue cards.

2) Definitions

  • App – Savio’s software enabling access to QUICKO services.
  • QUICKO Services – accounts, transfers and cards provided by QUICKO.
  • User – a person using the website/app.

3) Scope of Savio’s services

  • Operating and developing the app/website; technical support and communications.
  • Technical facilitation of data/instruction flows to QUICKO (e.g., KYC/AML).
  • Informational presentation of QUICKO services.

4) QUICKO service conditions

The legal relationship for accounts/cards exists exclusively between the User and QUICKO under QUICKO’s terms. All regulated decisions (account opening, limits, blocks, transaction disputes) are made by QUICKO.

5) Access and security

  • Access to financial services requires successful QUICKO onboarding.
  • Users must keep login credentials confidential and secure their devices.
  • Savio may temporarily restrict access for technical or security reasons.

6) Fees

Use of the Savio app may be free of charge. Fees/commissions for QUICKO services are set by QUICKO’s fee schedule and shown before contracting.

7) Ending use and closing services

You may stop using the Savio app (Savio will delete operational/communications data as applicable). Closing accounts/cards and final settlements are handled by QUICKO under its procedure [INSERT YOUR STEPS HERE].

8) Liability

  • Savio is responsible for the proper operation of the website/app (excluding maintenance windows and force majeure).
  • QUICKO is responsible for regulated financial services.
  • The User must use the services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

9) Complaints

Issues related to the app/website: Savio – [support@savio.money]. Issues related to financial services: QUICKO – [complaints@quicko] or as set out in QUICKO’s procedures.

10) Final provisions

  • We may amend these Terms for important reasons (legal changes, new features, security). We will inform you in the app/website.
  • Governing law: for Savio services – Estonian law; for QUICKO – Polish law and financial regulations.
  • Jurisdiction: Savio matters – courts competent for Savio’s seat (without prejudice to consumer protection law); QUICKO matters – as set out in QUICKO’s terms.
